Drawing inspiration from the reeds along the riverside, the entire carpark facade of Perth’s Tribeca North Apartments is made from Metrix Group’s 3D Strata formed aluminium.
With the Swan river being merely meters away from the development, the building was designed and constructed with a focus on selection of longevity of materials and best practice construction techniques.
The 3D Strata design is simple and geometric. Its offset forms equate to only 15% visibility – perfect for privacy and screening the sun. However, the generous 58% open area allows for more than adequate ventilation
