Phil Moyes was one of the first employees at Metrix Group; a veteran of the business, a testament to the Metrix Group culture and a true innovator of the craft. While Phil’s tenure with Metrix Group is just shy of two decades, the majority of his professional life has revolved around design, investigation of technological assistance and development of best practice (Along with his band, wife and kids but not in that order). Phil developed or at least assisted in the creation of the majority of software, plugins, quality systems, tooling design and even some modification of the punching machinery at Metrix Group.

His practical knowledge of CNC machinery and manufacturing principles are an invaluable source of knowledge and pride for Metrix Group. While his path to Head of Design is a winding, unconventional path in comparison to some traditional institutions (Including a solid start in guitar design at both Maton and Cole Clark Guitars, a degree in Archaeology and training in Teaching), his influence and guidance throughout our architectural projects to date are nothing short of prodigious

With a rigorous focus on research and a practice-led approach, Penelope Forlano combines technology, design and art to create connection between people and place.

With 25 years of practice experience and training across design, arts, and town planning; the scope and ability of Forlano Design is not surprisingly diverse and astounding.

Beyond the studying, teaching and working across three continents; Penelope also collaborates on local public artworks with First Nations People.  Fabrication of 3D architectural elements and experimentation with materials embody her pursuit to create works of relevance and intergenerational connection

Margaux Bonne is the National Specification Manager for Metrix Group.

Margaux has a breadth of experience including 3 years at BlueScope following over a decade of experience in business development and account management within the flooring industry. With her ability to build mutually profitable relationships, she had identified opportunities and developed strategies within the aged care, hospitality, retail, multi-residential and education segments.

Technically literate with a sound understanding of the specification sector, Margaux holds a Bachelor of Design (Interior Design) and a Master of Marketing from Swinburne University of Technology, as well as post graduate qualifications as a Project Management Professional™ and a Green Star Accredited Professional®
