Production Lead-Times
We pride ourselves on a 24 – 48 hour Request For Quote (RFQ) turnaround and a dedicated customer service team to follow up on your quote and make sure you know where we are up to and what to expect.
We run multiple machines including a fully automated perforating line which allows for flexible lead -times based on required delivery schedules. Our state-of-the-art factory is equipped with sound-dampening equipment for evening shifts and the weekend is just another work day. The timely delivery of quality products is our utmost priority.
*Premium Express Rates
All Premium Express Delivery Rates and Dates are calculated on a case by case basis.
The Offer of refund applies to the pre-paid fee for expedited delivery only. Refund value is Not available for FREE or Complimentary Lead Time Upgrades.
Any delays on the part of the customer including but not limited to drawing approvals, material supply, or delayed payments will void the return of the express fee.
Delivery address and unload access must be confirmed and agreed before commitment to Express Delivery.
Delivery Address can not be changed once Express Delivery has been contracted.
Metrix Group reserves the right to refuse Express Delivery under any circumstance.
